Colonel Rob Campbell retired from the U.S. Army in 2016. He is a combat veteran of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rob was yearning to lead and to serve again and he found All About Blinds in 2021. He and his wife Leslie bought the business in 2022 from Gail and Randy who built a great business.

Rob
The Colonel, Rob Campbell is a retired U.S. Army officer turned leadership speaker, author, and small business owner. All About Blinds is his pride and joy. He brings military service into the business serving his people, his customers, and his community. Rob and his wife Leslie call East Tennessee home. Rob collects old radios and classic cars.
Leslie
Leslie Campbell. Leslie is the chief designer for All About Blinds. When it comes to arranging homes and selecting colors and fabrics which add a special touch, she is your girl! Leslie designs the All About Blinds showroom and helps Rob care for the team.
Roxanne
Roxanne Henley is a Tennessee Girl! She is a UT Vols and ETSU graduate and our lead salesperson. Personable, knowledgeable, you’ll love Roxanne and her focus you and your needs. She is an expert with all our products and will find the right window covering for your home or business inside or out, any budget. Roxanne is an Ambassador with the Johnson City Chamber, active in her church, and quite fond of Southern cooking!
Tommy
Tommy is the Godfather of Blinds! He spent over twenty years installing window coverings for JC Penny and we are now lucky to have him. Tommy is East Tennessee’s expert installer and measure tech. He enjoys home improvement and working on his old Chevy truck.
Andrew
Andrew Barker is a country gentleman! You won’t find a nicer and more talented man to install and examine (and repair) malfunctioning shades than Andrew. He has been with All About Blinds for several years. Andrew has a few old Ford vehicles and enjoys farming.
